Choice One Title utilizes a variety of closing methods designed to maximize you and your borrowers' comfort level and to ensure that your transaction closes in an efficient manner. Choice One Title will use whichever closing method you believe will accomplish your desired result. Choice One Title's methods include the utilization of:
- Attorney closing agents
- Title agents
- Notary closing agents
- Telephone Closings
- Platinum closings (telephone closing with notary present to witness and notarize loan documents).
- Closing held in or near the borrower's home

Escrow Services:
Choice one title can act as a neutral third party who can carry out the instructions in a purchase agreement between the buyer, seller or the borrower in a refinance situation. We can also handle all of the disbursements associated with the closing.
