Pursuant to the National Flood Insurance Reform Act of 1995, all lenders are required to make a flood determination on each of its loans. In the event a property is determined to be in a flood zone, flood insurance must be purchased. Choice One takes the burden of maintaining compliance with the Act by performing the determination for you. Choice One Titles featured products include:
